Introduction

The Qualification Document Driver Walkthrough enhancement helps fleets streamline driver onboarding and compliance management.

 

What’s New?

  • ‘Expired or missing documents’ Trigger: Admins can now require drivers to upload any qualification document. For driver’s licenses, drivers can use the new AI-powered capture flow. 
    • The task persists until completed and resurfaces during subsequent logins.
    • During onboarding, only relevant actions appear (currently for Capture Document).
    • Customers with a Paid Workforce Management subscription can access all Driver Qualification templates.
  • Driver Experience Enhancements:
    • Drivers who meet onboarding criteria see the Walkthrough until all tasks are complete if Mark as required is selected in the Walkthrough by the Fleet admins.
