Introduction
The Collision Report Enhancements provide Safety Managers with comprehensive telematics data within the collision details page and PDF reports, enabling more thorough root cause analysis and reducing the need for manual intervention in litigation processes.
What’s New?
We are significantly enhancing the collision report PDF to be more exhaustive, integrating detailed telematics data crucial for thorough incident review:
- Collision Report Roles & Permissions: Fleet Admins can now manage who in the fleet can view, customize, and download the detailed Collision Report through updated Roles & Permissions settings. By default, this permission is turned off for all roles.
- Collision Details Page: When a collision is successfully detected and video recall is complete, a basic report is automatically generated and sent. We are adding a new, prominent option to manually download this comprehensive report directly from this page, ensuring immediate access to critical information.
- Customization & Export Options: Manually download the collision report PDF and customize its content to meet specific operational or legal requirements.
