The Workforce Overview page brings all driver profiles and operational insights into a single, centralized view to streamline compliance and improve productivity. It surfaces consolidated insights and actions to manage driver qualifications and time tracking, helping fleets reduce both compliance and payroll risk.
What’s New?
The Workforce Overview page centralizes drivers, Qualifications, and Record of Duty Status‑exempt time tracking to reduce manual work and improve compliance.
With this update, fleet users can:
- Gain clear oversight with a current summary of key metrics like active drivers and upcoming or expired qualifications. This helps minimize the need for manual tracking and lowers compliance risk.
- Track new and deactivated drivers at a glance to streamline onboarding and offboarding.
- Gain clear visibility into qualification status from both the drivers’ and documents’ lenses to prevent compliance gaps before they impact operations.
- Review overdue and in‑progress timecards to reduce missed submissions and payroll leakage.
- Monitor average hours worked to quickly spot under-/over‑utilization and overtime risk, improving staffing plans, driver well‑being, and payroll accuracy.
- Easily resolve issues faster with prioritized leaderboards of Qualifications and Timecards that spotlight who needs attention first, enabling targeted follow‑ups and fewer downstream delays.

Rollout Plan or Feature Go-Live date?
This will be available to all Fleet Dashboard users. However, Driver Qualifications-related metrics and insights in the Workforce Hub will be available to users with a Workforce Management subscription only.
