Introduction
Fleet Admins can enable or disable Personal Conveyance (Off-Duty Driving) for drivers operating in ELD mode. This feature is designed in compliance with the FMCSA’s electronic logging device mandate.
Steps
Enable Personal Conveyance for a Driver
1. Log in to Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon at the bottom left corner.
2. Click the Organization dropdown and select Drivers on the left-hand side menu.
3. In the All Drivers tab, a list of all the Drivers appears.
4. Click the three dots for the desired Driver.
5. Click Edit Account from the dropdown menu.
6. On the Edit Driver screen, scroll down to the Time Tracking section and check the Personal Conveyance box to enable it.
7. Click Save.
Disable Personal Conveyance for a Driver
1. Follow steps 1 to 4 as mentioned in the above section.
2. On the Edit Driver screen, scroll down to the Time Tracking section and uncheck the Personal Conveyance box to disable it.
3. Click Save.
