How to reset Driver’s profile password on Fleet Dashboard

    Introduction

    Fleet Admins can reset the Driver’s profile password from the Fleet Dashboard.

     

    Steps: Editing or Resetting Driver’s profile password

    1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.

    2. Click the Organization dropdown and select Drivers from the list.

    3. Click the Options dropdown menu for the Driver profile whose password needs to be changed.

    3. Select Edit Account from the dropdown menu.

    4. Scroll down and find the Password section. Enter a 6 or more than 6-digit password and click Save.
