Logs are not updating drive time

If the Vehicle option is not available in the Driver App, and the Driver is unable to connect to the Vehicle Gateway, follow the steps below: 

  1.  Log in to the Fleet Admin Dashboard and go to Admin > Organization > Drivers

  1. Click the Options drop-down for the selected Driver. 
  2. Click Edit Account from the dropdown menu.

  1. On the Edit Driver screen, scroll down to the Hours of Service Compliance section and change the compliance mode from Electronic Logbook to ELD mode. 
  2. Click Save.
