Logs are not updating drive time

    Symptoms: Logs are not updating drive time 

    • Vehicle option is not available in Driver App. 
    • Driver is unable to connect with ELD.

     

    Cause

    • Unknown

     

    Solution

    1. Log in to the Fleet Admin Dashboard and click the Admin icon.

    2. Click the Organization tab in the left-hand side menu and select Drivers from the list.

    3. Click the Options drop-down for the selected Driver. 

    4. Click Edit Account from the dropdown menu.

    5. On the Edit Driver screen, scroll down to the Hours of Service Compliance section and change the compliance mode from Electronic Logbook to ELD mode. 

    6. Click Save.
