Vehicle Gateway/ELD changes vehicle info while adding a vehicle.

    Symptom

    Vehicle Gateway changes vehicle information

     

    Causes:

    Unknown

     

    Solution:

    • Make sure the Vehicle Gateway/ELD you are trying to assign is with the company. 
    • If yes, then check if it is assigned to a different truck. 
    • If yes, then remove it from that truck.
    • Now add a vehicle and select the correct Vehicle Gateway from it and it won't change the vehicle information.
