Symptom
Vehicle Gateway changes vehicle information
Causes:
Unknown
Solution:
- Make sure the Vehicle Gateway/ELD you are trying to assign is with the company.
- If yes, then check if it is assigned to a different truck.
- If yes, then remove it from that truck.
- Now add a vehicle and select the correct Vehicle Gateway from it and it won't change the vehicle information.
