How to manage Motive Card using Motive Fleet App

Introduction

Fleet Managers and Fleet Admins can manage Motive Card on the go. Fleets can view the Motive Card account overview & manage the cards. They can see the current balance and make pending payments. They can also see current card settings, the last five transactions done on the card, change spend profile, freeze cards and deactivate the cards.

 

Steps: Using the Motive Card feature on the Fleet App

Motive Card Account Overview on the Fleet App

1. Log in to the Motive Fleet App and tap the three-dot menu. Then tap Motive Card.

Note: Once you tap the Motive Card, the account overview details display, including the current balance and pending transactions, in the current billing cycle.

Note: This feature is available on Fleet App version v17 and above. Fleets with access to the Motive Card and an active Motive Card customer status can view the details of the Motive Card.

2. If there is any pending balance, it can be paid by tapping Make a payment. This option appears if there is some balance or due amount.

Note: The account overview shows the billing cycle's current balance, pending transactions, and payment details.

3. Fleets can either pay the Current Balance or Other Amount. The money is deducted from the linked bank account.

Note: The bank account for payment can be changed through the Motive Fleet Dashboard. Further information is in this support article.

 

Managing Motive Card on the Fleet App

1. Tap Card Management to view the list of all active cards.

2. Tap any cardholder to view Motive Card details. Use filters to search for the cards assigned to a specific cardholder or vehicle.

3. Tap Manage to Change spend profile, Freeze card, or Deactivate card.
