Motive is excited to introduce the First Responder feature. This enhancement is designed to improve emergency response, ensuring that help is just a click away when Drivers need it most.
What’s New?
- Real-Time Alerts: Fleet Managers can receive instant notifications if Motive detects a life-threatening collision, allowing for a quicker response
- User-Friendly Interface: The updated design makes it easier than ever to access local emergency numbers without waiting in admin lines.
- Real-time visibility to ECC Calls: You can view live updates on who is attending to the incident and when they took action by calling ECC.

This feature is available on the latest version of the Fleet App and can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.
| Note: To use this feature, upgrade to version 18 or higher of the Fleet App from the Apple App Store or the Android Play Store. This feature requires the installation of a Motive Dashcam and Vehicle Gateway. For more information, contact Motive support.. Currently, this feature is only available for fleets in the United States. |
