Introduction

Motive allows Fleet Managers and Fleet Admins to assign Fleet Cards to non-drivers through the Fleet Dashboard.

What’s New?

This feature enables the assignment of Fleet Cards to dispatchers and other internal roles, not just drivers.

  • Added support for dispatcher and admin roles in user metadata
  • Updated transaction endpoints and Spend Summary Reports to include non-driver usage
  • Personalized flow to show names and roles of non-drivers
  • Enhanced Motive Card settings to support secure assignments across roles
