How to enable Lifesaver Mobile Integration

Motive is excited to announce our new integration with LifeSaver Mobile, a leading fleet safety solution designed to reduce auto insurance claims by preventing mobile device distraction—the #1 cause of crash frequency.

LifeSaver Mobile uses a software-only approach to automatically detect when a driver is operating a vehicle and restrict unauthorized phone use, helping fleets enforce safe-driving policies without the need for beacons, dongles, or additional hardware.

With this integration, Motive customers can seamlessly connect their fleet data with the LifeSaver Mobile platform to strengthen safety programs, reduce preventable incidents, and empower drivers with tools that help them stay focused on the road.

Requirements

Integration steps on Motive: 

Note: Click the Install button on the Motive standalone marketplace.

  1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.

  2. Search Lifesaver Mobile in the search bar.

  3. Locate Lifesaver Mobile App and click Learn More.

  4. The user will have to click the “Install” button.

  5. Case will be generated for API Support.

  • API Support will confirm the consent from the customer and create the API Key. 
  • API Support will then share the API Key with Ruben van Engelenburg and Justin Graves 
  • Customer will Must be included in the cc:
