Introduction

Motive Card accounts can add Invoice Segments, allowing fleets to automatically generate multiple invoices aligned to internal departments, franchises, or business units, eliminating manual post-processing and improving financial reporting accuracy.

Invoice Segments allows customers to create multiple invoices tied to customer-defined segments, each with its own payment method, billing contact, and reporting view.
