Schedule Reports

Motive allows Fleet Managers and Fleet Admins to easily schedule important reports to distribute to internal and third-party stakeholders. These reports help fleets to maximize efficiency and have detailed performance analysis.
 

Scheduling Reports on the Fleet Dashboard

1. Log into Fleet Dashboard and click Reports > select the required Report.desktop-2 (4).png

2. Click three dots > Schedule.desktop-2 (5).png

3. Add details in the Create scheduled report pop-up including: 

  • Schedule name
  • Recipients 
  • Time range 
  • Schedule
  • Time
  • File format (CSV/PDF)

4. Click Schedule.

The report displays in the Scheduled tab. 

Note: Schedule Report feature is only available on Enterprise Subscription. Read the IFTA article to learn more details. 

Editing Scheduled Report

1. Log into Fleet Dashboard and click Reports > Scheduled tab.

2. Click three dots on the required report > Edit Report.desktop-2 (7).png

3. Make the edits using the required dropdown filters > click Save.desktop-2 (9).png

4. Fill in the Save report with updated Name and Time range > click Save.

Editing Schedule 

1. Log into Fleet Dashboard and click Reports > Scheduled tab. 

2. Click three dots on the required report > Edit Schedule.desktop-2 (10).png

3. Make edits in the Edit scheduled report > click Update Schedule.desktop-2 (11).png

Deleting Schedule 

1. Log into Fleet Dashboard and click Reports > Scheduled tab. 

2. Click three dots on the required report > Delete schedule.desktop-2 (12).png

3. Click Delete.

Note: Deleting the schedule stops automated emails but doesn't affect historical data.
