Apart from the original forms attached to your dispatches, your fleet is able to set up a variety of custom forms that will provide additional information to your fleet. These Additional Forms are not assigned to any specific dispatch, and you can fill out any of these forms at any time, depending on your fleet’s needs.
Sending additional forms to dispatch
Log in to the Motive Driver App and tap the Menu.
Tap Dispatches.
From the More actions section, tap Additional forms.
From the Additional Forms screen, select the form you want to submit.
- Enter the required information and tap +Upload to upload the relevant documents.
- Take new photo or upload an existing photo from the gallery. You can also choose a file from your device to upload here. The supported formats for document uploads are PDF, PNG and JPG.
- Tap Submit once done.
