How to check reasons for Motive cards declined transactions on Fleet Dashboard

    Introduction:


    Fleet Managers have the authority to check fuel transactions for any Motive Fuel Card and they can check for the reason why the transaction is declined for any card from the Fleet Dashboard.

    Steps: 

    1. Login into the Fleet Admin Dashboard
    2. Click on Cards.
    3. Click on the Transactions tab.
    4. Set filters for the cardholder, date, and status (Declined)
    5. Hover the mouse on the Declined in red color on the right side of the specific transaction. 

    The reason for the transaction declined, will appear over there.
