Symptom:
Unable to find ELD User and Malfunction Manual Document
Steps:
1. Open the Motive Driver App and login
2. On the top left side click on the main menu
3. Click DOT Inspection Mode
4. Scroll to the end and click ELD User and Malfunction Manual
You can download & save in PDF on your device. You can print it out as well to keep it in your vehicles.
Note: Motive no longer provides hard copies of the ELD User and Malfunction Manual. Customers can only access it on the Driver App or by contacting Motive Support to get a copy via email.
