"Logged into another device" error message on the Driver's App

 

Indicator of the error

• Logged into your driver's app on multiple devices.
• Receive message "logged into other device"

Origin of the error

• Logged in on multiple devices.
• Uninstalling the app without logging out.

Resolution

1. Click on the 'Continue anyway' button.

 

                                       

2. Driver app will show you the prompt >'Are you sure you want to continue' select YES/NO.

 

                                          

Note:

If you select 'YES' you will lose your unsaved data/logs.
