Introduction:
Re-authentication of your bank account is necessary for faster and more secure payment for Motive Cards. Fleet Admins Can Re-authenticate the bank account from the Fleet Dashboard.
Steps:
1. Log into Fleet Dashboard and click on the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on Cards in the left-hand side Menu.
3. Click on Manage under Linked Bank Account.
4. Click on Reauthenticate.
5. A prompt Motive uses Plaid to link bank accounts appears. Click on Continue.
6. Select your bank account that you want to reauthenticate.
7. Pass the reCAPTCHA verification.
8. Enter the Username and Password as your credentials.
9. Click on Submit.
Your account is successfully reauthenticated!
