Introduction
Motive Card rewards is a loyalty program for Motive customers to get additional savings when using their Motive Card. These rewards can be earned through many ways. One of the most common ways to earn Motive Card rewards is by purchasing other Motive products like Vehicle Gateways, Dashcams, and others.
Earning Motive Card Rewards
- Access Motive Card rewards through the Benefits tab of the spend management dashboard.
- Earn rewards as a percentage of your total Motive product spend.
- Rewards are accrued and reflected on the Motive Card invoice at the end of the billing cycle.
- Existing Motive customers opening a new Motive Card account will earn rewards on Motive product payments made up to 30 days prior to account approval.
- Existing customers with an active Motive Card will earn rewards according to their individual Motive Card rewards offer.
- Payments for other Motive products qualify for rewards as long as the Motive Card account remains active.
- There is no limit to the amount of rewards you can earn.
Redeeming Motive Card Rewards
- Motive Card Rewards will be automatically redeemed and applied as a credit towards Motive Card balance during the billing cycle they are redeemed, at 1% of Motive Card spend.
- Motive Card Rewards never expire, so long as your Motive Card account remains active.
- If Motive Card account is canceled or closed, any remaining Motive Card rewards balance will be lost as of the date of closure or cancellation.
