How to Get Rid of Red Dot on Notifications on Driver App

 

Introduction

This article will show you how to get rid of the red dot on the Notifications section of the driver app when it won't go away even after opening the notification.

 

Steps:

1. Make sure your app is updated.

2. Click on the three lines in the top left corner.
   

3. Select Notifications.
   

4. Click on the three dots in the top-left corner.
   
5. Select Mark All as Read.
   

If this does not resolve the issue, try logging out and logging back in. If the issue still persists, call Support.
