Introduction
Motive’s built-in bug reporting feature helps the drivers to report a bug or request an improvement right from the driver app.
Reporting a bug from the driver app shares detailed logs with us to review and fix the issues
Steps: Report A Bug
1. Tap on the three lines (hamburger icon) on the top left.
2. Tap on Settings.
3. Tap on Report Bug.
4. Select Report a bug or Suggest an improvement
5. Add details of bug/suggestion.
6. Tap submit/paper plane icon on the top right.
Note: You can start screen recording or take screenshot(s) and reproduce the issue to include with the report.
