Introduction
Motive has now introduced a pre-transaction feature that allows Fleet Managers to capture asset information on transactions. Fleets can now keep track of transactions that are associated with assets such as reefer fuel.
How to change Vehicle information in a transaction
1. Login to Fleet Dashboard and click Cards.
2. Click Transactions.
3. Select the transaction to be edited from the list.
4. Transaction Details appear on the screen. Click Reassign.
5. Select a vehicle from the dropdown and click Confirm.
6. The transaction is now reassigned to the selected vehicle.
How to change Asset information in a transaction
1.Follow steps 1 to 4 from the above section.
2. Click the navigation bar.
3. Select an asset from the dropdown and click Confirm.
4. The transaction is now reassigned to the selected asset.
