Introduction

The new 2% Cashback Bonus Offer for the Motive Card provides additional earning opportunities on fleet spending from September 1 through October 31. After the personalized spending target is met, an additional 2% cashback bonus is applied to all qualifying purchases at Motive Card partner locations during the promotional period. Progress toward the spending goal can be tracked directly within the Motive Dashboard.

Q. What is this 2% Cashback Bonus Offer?
A. Your fleet has a personalized spend target for Sept 1–Oct 31. Once you hit it, you’ll earn an extra +2% Cashback Bonus on all qualifying spend at Motive Card partners during the promo period — not just spend above the target.


Q. How do I know my spending target?
A. Your fleet’s target is shown in the Motive Card section in the web dashboard and also shared in the email sent by us. If you’re unsure, contact your Motive representative.
 

Q. How can I track progress toward my goal?
A. You can track your fleet’s progress directly on the Motive Dashboard:

Go to Dashboard → Motive Card. See the offer on the bottom right section. You can also go to the Benefits tab to know all partner locations.
Select Spend Incentive (Sept–Oct). You’ll see:

i. Spend target (the amount you need to hit).
ii. Spend to date (how much you’ve already spent).
iii. Progress bar showing how close you are to your goal.
iv. Cashback Bonus status once the promo ends.
 

Q.  When will I receive the bonus?
A. Rebates will be credited in the first invoice after the promo ends and automatically reflected on your statement. No action needed from your side.
 

Q. What spend qualifies?
A. All spend in the Motive Card partner network. Excludes any transactions with direct discount spend.
 

Q. Who can I contact if I need help?
A. Just reply to the email you received or contact your Motive representative. We can also set up driver training, admin setup, or best practices sessions to help you maximize your rebate.
 

Q. Are all fleets eligible?
A. No. This offer is only available to select fleets. If you’re eligible, you will see your spend target and progress in the Motive dashboard. If you’re unsure, contact your Motive representative or reach out to support.
