Group Transaction Decline Alerts

Introduction

Group Transaction Decline Alerts allow fleet admins to route card decline notifications to specific managers based on cardholder groups. This ensures the right person receives the right alert, reducing noise and enabling faster resolution for card declines.

What’s new?

  • Group-scoped alerts: Alerts are now scoped to specific cardholder groups, ensuring notifications only go to the relevant fleet managers with appropriate permissions.
  • Advanced decline filtering: Admins can filter alerts using 6 distinct decline reason categories to minimize confusions relevant to alerts.
  • Multi-channel delivery: Receive real-time alerts via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the notification center.
  • Flexible delivery options: Choose between immediate or scheduled (batched) delivery to fit the required operational workflow.
  • External recipient support: Option to notify email addresses outside of Motive.
