My ELD does not match with my Bluetooth

Symptoms

• The Driver App is disconnected.
• The right LED light is blinking red.

 

Cause

• Correct Vehicle Gateway Bluetooth ID is not available/selected.

 

Solution

• Select the correct Vehicle Gateway Bluetooth ID (serial number (S/N) from your device's Bluetooth settings.
• Reboot your device.
