My camera keeps falling and does not stick to the windshield anymore.

Symptoms/Issue :

 

When you switch dashcams from one truck to another or replace windshields and re-attach the dashcams, They become less sticky and might keep falling from the windshield. 

Solution :

 

There are two ways to get this resolved. 

• Get a double-sided tape from any hardware store as per the following description.

          Black 3M Glass VHB Adhesive Pads with these dimensions ( for L x W x H: 1 x 1 x 0.1 inches).

OR

• Reach out to the Billing department of Motive at +18553433564. They can send you a complete Kit for your camera. This includes adhesive tape, along with cable clips and other items that you usually receive when you buy a camera. (The Charges may apply)
