Introduction:
Motive cards can only be paid with a Bank Account. There is No option to use a Debit or any other cards to pay Motive Card Balance. Fleet Admins can link bank accounts to Motive cards through Fleet Dashboard.
Steps: Auto Link bank account
1. Log into Fleet Dashboard and click on the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on Cards in the left-hand side menu.
3. Click on Add bank account.
4. A prompt Motive uses Plaid to link bank accounts appears. Click on Continue.
5. Input your registered phone number and confirm the OTP code.
6. Select the bank account that you want to link with Motive Cards.
7. Pass the reCAPTCHA verification.
8. Enter the Username and Password as your credentials.
9. Click on Submit.
After you click verify the account, Your account will be successfully set up & Motive cards can then be used.
