    Introduction

    Motive is introducing a flexible, percentage-based offer for new and existing customers applying to the Motive Card from April 23rd, 2025.

     

    How the Motive Cashback Bundle Helps You

    Motive’s Cashback Bundle enables fleets to maximize savings with the Motive Card with up to 2.5% cashback in the first year, with up to 1.5% in the subsequent years. Customers earn cashback on top of partner rebates.

     

    Motive Cashback Bundle Overview

     

    Eligibility

    Motive’s Cashback Bundle enables eligible customers to maximize savings. The offer details and eligibility can be found below:

    Eligibility
    • Applicable for applications submitted on or after April 23rd, 2025
    • For new or existing customers with at least 10 vehicles enrolled in an eligible program or service.
    • Must maintain active Motive fleet management and Motive Card accounts.
    • First-year bonus for new customers; both products must be signed up for within 90 days of each other to earn the first-year bonus.
    Offer details
    • First year bonus (valid for qualifying new customers only); up to 2.5% cashback on all Motive Card spend, valid for one year from first transaction, with up to 1.5% in subsequent years.
    • Up to 1.5% cashback on all Motive Card spend with no time limit (for all eligible customers).
    • The exact offer is dependent on the customer’s recorded fleet size. Contact support for more details.

     

    Viewing Offer Details 

    A customer whose Motive Card application is approved gets notified of their Cashback bundle offer on the Motive Fleet Dashboard (if applicable). Navigate to the Cards hub to view the 2.5% cashback feature notification.

    In case you have missed the notification, the offer is displayed in the Benefits tab of the Cards hub.

    Once this tile is clicked, the Cashback Bundle screen displays the details.

    Note: For the first year bonus, the year clock starts at the first Motive Card transaction after the customer becomes an active fleet management and Motive Card customer within 90 days of one another.

     

    Frequently Asked Questions

    How will I receive the rebates?

    Rebates are automatically applied to eligible transactions and reflected on your invoice at the end of each billing cycle.

     

    How long do I have to activate the offer?

    If you’re already a Motive Card or fleet management customer, you have 120 days from your initial sign-up to join the other and activate the offer.

     

    Do I need to activate this offer?

    No activation is required. The rebate is applied automatically when you use your Motive Card.

     

    Is there a cap on how much I can earn in rebates?

    No cap. The more you spend, the more you save.

     

    Is the rebate applicable to all transactions?

    The rebate applies to all transactions made using the Motive Card, except for partner spends where a direct discount is already applied.

     

    Is the customer who is getting the Cashback Bundle also eligible for the Fleet Bundle?

    No, the Cashback Bundle can’t be combined with the Fleet Bundle. The customer can opt for either offer while signing up for the Motive Card.
