The Motive Card Savings Calculator helps Fleet Admins estimate potential savings by switching to the Motive Card for fuel and maintenance spend. The calculator considers fleet size, fuel usage, and frequent fueling locations to estimate savings.

This tool is available to both current Motive Card users and new customers looking to expand their savings potential.
Steps: Using the Motive Card Savings Calculator
- Login to the Motive Fleet Dashboard.

Click Cards.
Note: For customers without Motive Cards, the Savings Calculator can be accessed here. - Under Savings Calculator, input the fleet details.
- Select Fleet Operation Type.
- Enter Fleet size.
- Enter Total spend (annual).
- Enter Fuel spend (annual).
- Click Calculate.
- The page displays Estimated Savings.
- To download the report, click the share button.
- Enter the email and click Share to send the report.
- Fleet Admins can also download a pdf file of the report by clicking Download.
- For a more comprehensive analysis from the Motive team, click Get a Personalized Savings Analysis or click Apply Now to request a Motive Card.
