Symptoms
- Invalid violations appearing on a driver's logs without any clear reason.
Cause
- Outdated Driver App: The driver may be using an older version of the Motive Driver App that is not functioning properly.
- No Internet Connection: The driver might be offline, and the logs have not yet synced with the server, leading to discrepancies in HOS data.
Solution
- Ensure the Motive Driver App is updated to the latest version.
- Ensure that the driver’s internet connection is active.

Log out and log back in to the Motive Driver App to refresh the data sync.
