AI Coach provides weekly, automated coaching to your drivers via personalized video reviews. In this article, you will learn how to enable AI Coach and customize the experience for your drivers.

Enabling and Customizing AI Coach
1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon in the left-hand menu.
2. Select Safety from the settings menu.
3. Select Coaching.
4. To enable the feature, click edit and toggle the checkbox to Enable AI Coach. Then, select your AI Coach avatar and hit Save.
5. AI coach is now enabled for your fleet.
| Note: Fleet managers and admins can toggle the AI Coach feature on or off for their fleet from the Safety Settings section in the Fleet Dashboard. When enabled, the video review is added automatically to drivers’ weekly Safety Score Update tasks. |
