Introduction
To support compliance and reduce manual work for fleet teams, Motive now integrates Unidentified Trips into the Driver Walkthrough workflow.
What’s New?
This update introduces an optional step within Driver Walkthroughs that prompts Drivers to review and resolve Unidentified Trips. Enhancements include:
- A new Review Unidentified Trips action item is available on the Fleet Dashboard.
- Admins can now include this action in the Start of Day, End of Day, or Geofence Walkthrough templates.
- Drivers see and review any Unidentified Trips directly within their assigned Walkthrough flow.
- Unidentified Trips are displayed in the Driver App for acceptance or rejection, to support the correct attribution of driving time.
