Symptoms: Unidentified trip shows conflicting trip on logs
The screen of the Unidentified trips shows a conflicting trip on your log in a red bar. I am restricted from claiming the trip too.
Cause
This happens when you add the drive time manually (read Edit Drive Time Manually).
Solution
To claim conflicting trips, edit manual drive time back to On-Duty or Off-Duty and check again.
