Symptoms:
- Unidentified trips are not visible in the Driver App.
- Vehicle Gateway is connected, but no unidentified driving events appear.
Cause:
A temporary app sync issue or connection glitch.
Solution:
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Leave the vehicle from the Driver App.
- Ensure your Driver App is updated to the latest version.
- Log out of the Driver App.
- Log back into the Driver App.
- Reconnect to the vehicle.
After reconnecting, the unidentified driving events should appear in the app.
